Installation Procedure

  1. Electrical Connector (1)» Connect
  2. Accessory DC Power Control Module (2)» Install
  3. Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (1)» Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  4. Ground Cable (1)» Install

  5. Ground Cable Nut (3)» Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
  6. Protective Cap (2)» Install
  7. Generator Cable (4)» Install

  8. Generator Cable Fastener (2)» Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
  9. Protective Cap (3)» Install
  10. Retainer (1)» Engage
  11. Radiator Inlet Hose (2)» Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG without HP9)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGW)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG with HP9)

  23. Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
  24. Reprogram the accessory DC power control module, refer to Control Module References
