Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Disabling
  2. Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose (2)» Remove - Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose Replacement

  3. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2)» Remove - Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement

  4. Retainer (2)» Disengage [2x]

  5. Electrical Connector (1)» Disconnect

  21. Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (1)» Remove [2x]

  22. Raise the accessory DC power control module (2) to access the engine wiring harness connector.
  23. Electrical Connector (1)» Disconnect

  24. Accessory DC Power Control Module (2)» Remove
  25. Disconnect and transfer the high voltage extension cable (1) to the NEW accessory DC power control module.
