Installation Procedure
Fuel Pump Cover (2) - Install
- Fuel Pump Cover Fastener (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Install
- Hose Clamp (1)@Radiator Inlet Pipe - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Intake Manifold - Install - Intake Manifold Replacement (Except Hybrid)Intake Manifold Replacement (Hybrid)
- Fuel Pump Insulator - Install - Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static without HP9)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 without HP9)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LTG with HP9)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LTG with HP9)
