Unsuccessful Programming Recovery
If programming a control module is not successful, perform the following procedure:
- DO NOT turn the vehicle OFF. Ensure that all ECU, DLC and programming tool connections are secure and the TIS terminal operating software is up to date.
- Attempt to reprogram the ECU.
- If the programming is not successful
- Turn the vehicle OFF For at least 1 minute.
- Vehicle in Service Mode, attempt to reprogram the ECU.
- If the programming is not successful - Replace the component: T6 Power Inverter Module
- Go to next step: If the programming is successful
- All OK.
- Go to next step: If the programming is successful
- All OK.
NOTE:
If the T6 Power Inverter Module is programmed with the hood open, the vehicle will not start until the hood is closed. Normal operation will return after the hood has been closed.
