When operated, the Express Up/Down Feature allows the door window to move very quickly, without stopping, which could cause personal injury. Preliminary Procedure Rear Side Door Trim Replacement
1	Rear Side Door Window Channel Bolt [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 11 N.m (97 lb in)
2	Rear Side Door Window Channel Retainer Procedure Place the window in the full up position and tape in place. Remove the rear side door water deflector. Release the rear side door window weatherstrip from the channel and reposition to gain access to the part. Disconnect the electrical harness from the channel. Remove the rear side door window channel retainer. NOTE: Inspect the window for proper operation before installing the trim.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
11 N.m (97 lb in)

Rear Side Door Window Channel Retainer

Procedure

Place the window in the full up position and tape in place.
Remove the rear side door water deflector.
Release the rear side door window weatherstrip from the channel and reposition to gain access to the part.
Disconnect the electrical harness from the channel.
Remove the rear side door window channel retainer.

NOTE:

Inspect the window for proper operation before installing the trim.
