Circuit/System Description

The hybrid battery charger receptacle is connected to the battery charger through two AC circuits and one ground circuit. When the battery charger has been enabled by the hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2, the battery charger will provide an AC voltage measurement to the hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2. The hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 allows charging to occur if proper AC voltage is present.
