Removal Procedure

    Refer to Diesel/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement (HP9)

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect [2x]

  3. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Ring (1) - Remove - CH 45722  wrench

    Transfer Hose (1) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  7. O-Ring (2) - Remove and DISCARD
