Preliminary Procedures

  1. Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement 
  2. Vacuum Hose@Vacuum Pump - Disconnect - Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Replacement (LTG)
  3. Wiring Harness Retainer@Vacuum Pump - Disconnect
1 Vacuum Pump Fastener [3x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Vacuum Pump

Procedure

  1. Lubricate the vacuum pump seal with clean engine oil. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
3 Vacuum Pump Gasket
NOTE:

Install a NEW vacuum pump gasket.
