Circuit/System Verification
- Vehicle ON. Operate the hood release to open the hood. Depress and hold the accelerator pedal for more than 5 seconds. Under normal operation, the engine should start and run.
- Verify the engine starts and runs for at least 20 seconds.
- If the engine fails to start and run for at least 20 seconds
Diagnose the engine and transmission systems. Perform the Engine Cranks But Does Not Run .
- Go to next step: If the engine starts and runs for at least 20 seconds
- If the engine fails to start and run for at least 20 seconds
- Verify DTC P0AB9 is not set.
- If the DTC is set
- Verify the T6 Power Inverter Module has the latest calibration in Calibration Information.
- If the T6 Power Inverter Module does not have the latest calibration, program the T6 power inverter module.
- If the T6 Power Inverter Module has the latest calibration, replace the T6 Power Inverter Module.
- Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets, replace the T6 Power Inverter Module.
- Go to next step: If the DTC does not set.
- All OK
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- All OK
