- Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling
Front Wheelhouse Panel Brace - Front (2) - Remove - Front Wheelhouse Panel Brace Replacement (Rear)Front Wheelhouse Panel Brace Replacement (Front)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG without HP9)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGW)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG with HP9)
Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose (2) - Remove - Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose Replacement
Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Remove -
Retainer (2) - Disengage [2x]
- Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect
Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (1) - Remove
Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Reposition the accessory DC power control module high voltage connector protector (2), to access the accessory DC power control module mounting bolt.
Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (1) - Remove
Accessory DC Power Control Module Bracket (3) - Remove - Accessory DC Power Control Module Bracket Replacement
Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (1) - Remove
Retainer (1) - Disengage
- Protective Cap (3) - Remove
- Generator Cable Fastener (2) - Remove
- Generator Cable (4) - Remove
Protective Cap (2) - Remove
- Ground Cable Nut (3) - Remove
- Ground Cable (1) - Remove
Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Raise the accessory DC power control module (2) to access the engine wiring harness connector.
Accessory DC Power Control Module (2) - Reposition
- Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect
- NOTE:
Shown out of vehicle for graphic clarity.
Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector (1) - Remove
- Accessory DC Power Control Module (2) - Remove
Disconnect and transfer the high voltage extension cable (1) to the NEW accessory DC power control module.
