Control Assembly: Service and Repair

CHEVETTE & 1000

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove control panel bezel retaining screws. Remove radio knobs and bezel.
3. Remove heater-A/C to dash retaining screws. Carefully draw control unit from dash so cables and vacuum lines are not kinked.
4. Disconnect cables and vacuum lines, and remove control unit
5. Reverse procedure to install.
