Coolant Temperature Sensor

The temperature sensor is a thermistor that relays engine coolant temperature information to ECM. This temperature is used as one of the criteria to determine when system is ready to enter closed loop mode of operation. The information for this sensor is also used to modify open loop duty cycle.
