Cleaning & Inspection
- Clean all metal parts in a cold immersion-type cleaner and blow dry with compressed air.
- DO NOT immerse throttle position sensor, idle air control valve, fuel injector(s), fuel filter, or fuel meter cover and pressure regulator assembly in cleaner.
- Inspect throttle body assembly casting surfaces for damage.
