Charge Indicator Light Always On (Except MALIBU): Intrigue

Connect scan tool. Start engine. Using scan tool, observe IGNITION 1 parameter in instrument panel cluster data list. If voltage is 10-15 volts, replace instrument panel cluster. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. If voltage is not 11-15 volts, see CHARGING SYSTEM TEST (EXCEPT NCB1) .
