Body Rear End Diagnostic System Check

- If Body Control Module (BCM) system check has been performed, go to next step. If BCM system check has not been performed, perform BODY CONTROL MODULE SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK .
- If any DTCs other than 12, 25/35 and 55 are retrieved, perform appropriate test in accordance with DTC retrieved. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONS . If no DTCs are retrieved, repair rear compartment lid release system by symptom. See POWER DOOR LOCKS & REAR COMPARTMENT RELEASE - CAMARO & FIREBIRD article.
