Without Scan Tool
- Close all vehicle doors. Remove ignition key from ignition lock cylinder.
- Press and hold door UNLOCK switch. While holding UNLOCK switch, insert and remove ignition key in ignition lock cylinder twice. Do not rotate lock cylinder.
- Insert ignition key a third time, leaving key in ignition lock cylinder. Keep lock cylinder in LOCK position for remainder of procedure. Release door UNLOCK switch. Chime will sound 3 times to signal programming/diagnostic mode active.
- Press and hold LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at same time on RKE transmitter for approximately 4 seconds. Chime will sound 2 times signaling transmitter has been programmed.
- Repeat step 4 for each transmitter to be programmed.
- To exit program mode, turn ignition switch to RUN position or remove key form ignition switch.
NOTE:
Steps 2)

must be completed within 25 seconds of pressing door UNLOCK switch.
