Shift Out Of Park Lock Mode

When shift out of Park lock mode is enabled, all doors will lock when shifting transaxle out of Park with driver's door closed. BCM will lock all doors when automatic door lock operation mode 2, 3 or 4 is enabled, driver's door is closed, engine is running and shifting transmission lever out of Park position.
