Remote Activation Verification Customization

  1. If ignition is turned off or driver's door is opened while Body Control Module (BCM) is in any customization mode, customization procedure will end and BCM will remain in most recent mode.
  2. Remove BCM PRGRM fuse located in instrument panel fuse block. Close all vehicle doors and liftgate. Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Seat belt warning light flashes and chime sounds 1-4 times to indicate BCM is in feature customization mode.
  3. Press transmitter LOCK button. Seat belt warning light will flash and chime will sound 1-2 times to indicate which remote unlock control mode BCM is in. Each time transmitter LOCK button is pressed, mode number will advance. After mode 4, mode 1 will repeat.
  4. See REMOTE ACTIVATION VERIFICATION CUSTOMIZATION  table. To exit and save current customization, turn ignition off and replace BCM PRGRM fuse.
