Test 5: Right Window Inoperative From Master Switch

  1. Disconnect master switch assembly. Disconnect right front window switch. Check for short to ground in Light Blue wire between master switch assembly connector terminal "B" and right front window switch connector terminal "H". See Figure. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary and retest system. If Light Blue wire is okay, go to next step.
  2. Check for short to ground in Tan wire between master switch assembly connector terminal "F" and right front window switch connector terminal "D". See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary and retest system. If Tan wire is okay, go to next step.
  3. Replace master switch assembly. See WINDOW SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Retest system.
