Preliminary Inspection

Check condition of PWR WDO circuit breaker (30-amp) located in instrument panel fuse block. Check for mechanical failures or binding linkage. Check for broken or partially broken wire inside insulation, which could cause system malfunction but prove good in a continuity/voltage check with system disconnected. Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment. If problem exists, repair as necessary. If problem does not exist, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYSTEM TESTS.
