Conditions For Setting DTC

DTC sets when HO2S 1 voltage remains within 150 millivolts of bias voltage, or approximately 450 millivolts, for more time than necessary. Amount of time ranges between 50-80 seconds, depending upon engine coolant temperature at start-up, and average MAF since start-up.
