STOPLAMP Switch: Removal

  1. Remove the left side instrument panel insulator. See INSULATOR PANEL (LEFT SIDE)  .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the stoplamp switch.
  3. Remove the stoplamp switch (2) from the brake pedal bracket. See Figure .
