Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the serpentine drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT .
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the RH front tire and wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Remove the 6 bolts and the RH lower engine splash shield (1).
  5. Remove the pulley nut and the pulley from the power steering pump.
