Programming Sensor

  1. Turn ignition switch to RUN position.
  2. NOTE: If tire pressure monitoring programming mode cannot be entered, ensure if Dash Integration Module (DIM) is properly configured with correct Regular Production Option (RPO) codes.
  3. Press remote transmitter lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for several seconds. Horn will chirp to indicate tire pressure monitoring programming mode has been activated.
  4. Beginning with left front tire, install Tire Pressure Monitor Programming Tool (J-41760).
  5. NOTE: If horn does not chirp after 15 seconds, remove, then install Tire Pressure Monitor Programming Tool (J-41760).
  6. Horn will chirp, indicating left front tire pressure monitoring sensor is programmed.
  7. When horn chirps, proceed to program remaining tire pressure monitoring sensors as follows: right front tire, right rear tire and left rear tire.
  8. After left rear sensor is programmed, horn will chirp twice to indicate programming is complete.
