Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Engine Cooling .
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in ENGINE MECHANICAL - 4.3L or Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory or Drive Belt Replacement - Air Conditioning in ENGINE MECHANICAL - 4.8L, 5.3L & 6.0L .
  3. Remove the power steering pump pulley using the J-25034-C  .
