Installation Procedure

  1. Press the power steering pump pulley onto the power steering pump using a hydraulic press.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the power steering pump pulley nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the power steering pump pulley nut to 61 N.m (45 lb ft)  .

  3. Install the power steering pump onto the vehicle. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
