Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the EGR outlet pipe bolt (3) to the intake manifold.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
Install the EGR outlet pipe nut (2) to the EGR valve inlet adapter pipe.
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
