Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the generator bracket.
  2. Install the generator bracket bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the generator bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (5.3L) in Power Steering System.
  4. Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement .
