Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power steering cooler to the radiator support.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the power steering cooler mounting bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  3. Connect the power steering cooler hoses to the power steering cooler.
  4. Install the front fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper in Bumpers.
  5. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Bleeding the Power Steering System .
