Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  3. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper in Bumpers.

  4. Disconnect the power steering cooler hoses from the power steering cooler.

  5. Remove the power steering cooler mounting bolts.

  6. Remove the power steering cooler from the radiator support.
