Removal Procedure

  1. Allow the engine to cool down.
  2. Remove the fasteners (3).
  3. Remove the fastener (5) at the middle of the EGR pipe (4).
  4. Remove the 2 fasteners (6) near the EGR valve.
  5. Remove the upper gasket (2) and the lower gasket (7).
  6. Remove the EGR pipe (4).
  7. Clean any remaining gasket material from both contact surfaces.
