Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel cut-off valve (1) and the gasket (2) to the fuel tank.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Secure the fuel cut-off valve (1) to the fuel tank with the 3 screws (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 3.5 N.m (30 lb in).

  4. Connect the vapor hose to the fuel cut-off valve.
  5. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
