Installation Procedure

  1. Align the throttle shaft pin (2) with the engagement slot (1) of the TP sensor.
  2. Install TP sensor (2).

  3. Slowly rotate the TP sensor in order to align the fastener locations.
  4. Install the two fasteners (1) securing the TP sensor (3) to the throttle body.
  5. DO NOT tighten the TP sensor fasteners.
  6. Connect the TP sensor electrical connector.
  7. Adjust the TP sensor. Refer to Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Adjustment .
