Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Air Cleaner Cover At MAF Sensor View

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

IMPORTANT: Point the flow arrows on the MAF sensor away from the air cleaner.

Attach the MAF sensor to the air cleaner cover by tightening the hose clamp.
Tighten: Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

Attach the air cleaner outlet duct to the MAF sensor by tightening the hose clamp.
Tighten: Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

Install the air cleaner cover by fastening the air cleaner cover retainer clips.
