Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner filter into the air cleaner housing.
  2. Install the air cleaner cover to the air cleaner housing.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the air cleaner housing cover screws (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the air cleaner housing screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
