Removal Procedure

Turn the ignition OFF.
Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
Remove the throttle body. Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement .
Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor harness connector.
Remove the MAP sensor and the MAP sensor port seal if it is still retained in the intake manifold
