Test Description
The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 5: Tests for an open, poor connection, or short to ground in the keyless entry serial data circuit. A measurement of B+ indicates good circuit continuity.
- 6: Tests for an short to voltage in the keyless entry serial data circuit. Illumination of an INCANDESCENT test lamp indicates a short to voltage. A LED circuit tester may give an incorrect indication.
