Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Use the J 29843-9 in order to install the bolts (3) to the bracket (1) on the shoulder belt guide adjuster. See Special Tools .
Tighten: Tighten the bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Install the center pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Upper Center Pillar in Interior Trim.
Install the nut securing the anchor nut to the upper guide loop.
Tighten: Tighten the anchor nut to 29 N.m (21 lb ft).
Install the plastic cover to the shoulder belt guide.
