Front Side Door Window Channel Replacement

FRONT SIDE DOOR WINDOW CHANNEL REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the front door trim panel.
2. Remove the front door water deflector.
3. Raise the front door window.
4. Remove the front door window weatherstrip from the window run channel.




5. Remove the bolt retaining the bottom of the window run channel (2) to the door inner panel.
6. Slide the upper window run channel tab (1) out of the front door window frame.
7. Remove the window run channel from the front door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the front door window run channel into the front door.
2. Install the upper window run channel tab (1) into the front door window frame.

3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the bolt retaining the bottom of the window run channel (2) to the door inner panel.

Tighten the front window run channel bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

4. Install the front door window weatherstrip to the window run channel.
5. Install the front door water deflector.
6. Install the front door trim panel.
