Installation Procedure

  1. Insert the CKP sensor into the engine block.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the CKP sensor retaining bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the CKP sensor retaining bolt to 6.5 N.m (57 lb in)  .

  3. Connect the CKP sensor connector.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
