First Pass 125 N.m (92 lb ft)
Final Pass 130 degrees





Engine Front Cover Bolt 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Important: Apply sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) or equivalent to the shaded bolts (1) in the graphic. Failure to do so may result in engine coolant leakage from the bolt holes passing through the water jacket.
