Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the KS with the bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the KS bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft) .
Connect the KS electrical connector.

Install the intake manifold support bracket with the bolts.
Tighten:
- Tighten the intake manifold support bracket upper bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) .
- Tighten the intake manifold support bracket lower bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb ft) .
Connect the negative battery cable.
