Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector (2).

  3. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor bolts.
  4. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor from the air cleaner housing.
  5. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor seal, if necessary.
