Preliminary Procedures Remove the mass air flow (MAF) sensor. Refer to Mass Airflow Sensor Replacement . Remove the air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement . Disconnect the air cleaner outlet duct from the air cleaner housing. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1	Air Cleaner Housing Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Air Cleaner Retainer

Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
