Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Secondary Fuel Tank Module & Seal

  1. Install a NEW seal (2).

  2. Partially install the secondary fuel pump module in order to connect the fuel transfer hose quick connect fitting (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  3. Rotate the lock ring (1) clockwise using the CH-48482:  wrench and install the lock ring.

  4. Connect the secondary fuel tank module electrical connector (1).
  5. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
