Circuit/System Verification
- Disconnect the cordset. Verify the yellow control pilot LED and the green charge status LED are OFF.
- If either LED is ON, go to LED Circuit Testing
- While observing the charge status and control pilot LED, Connect the cordset and start the vehicle high voltage battery charging. Verify the yellow control pilot LED comes on for about 5 seconds and the green charge status LED comes on within 25 seconds.
- If the yellow control pilot LED does not illuminate for about 5 seconds, go to the Control Pilot Circuit Testing .
- If the green charge status LED does not illuminate within the first 25 seconds after starting the battery charging, go to the Charge Status Circuit Testing .
