Preliminary Procedures
- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (High Pressure) , Fuel Pressure Relief (Low Pressure) .
- Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement .

Fuel Feed Pipe Procedure
- Discard the pipe when removed, and install a new pipe.
- Ensure that the high pressure fuel pipe, and fuel pump fittings are clean and dry prior to assembly.
- Pressure up the fuel system and check for leaks.
