Preliminary Procedure Remove the upper intake cover. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement (6.2L LS9 - With Supercharger) , Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement (w/o LS9) .
1	MAP Sensor Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	MAP Sensor Procedure Disconnect the MAP sensor harness connector. TIP: Always install the NEW O-ring provided with the map sensor.
