Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Air Cleaner Element, Air Cleaner Housing, Air Cleaner Housing Cover And Bolts

  1. Install the air cleaner element (2) into the air cleaner housing (1).
  2. Install the air cleaner housing cover (4).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 6 air cleaner housing cover bolts (3) and tighten to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .

  5. Connect the intake air sensor wiring harness plug (1).
  6. Close the hood.
