Installation Procedure

  1. Install the throttle body (2) along with a NEW throttle body seal ring (1).
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the 4 throttle body bolts (3) and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose to the throttle body. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement (Manual Transmission) , Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement (Automatic Transmission) .

  4. Connect the throttle body wiring harness plug (1).
  5. Close the hood.
